Dew Rewards

HOW IT WORKS 

The Dew Rewards Program is simple and free. You are automatically enrolled in the program, when you create an account on our site.  So create your account and start earning your rewards!

TRACK YOUR DEW POINTS

To view your current balance, log in to your account and click the Rewards Program link at the bottom right of the page.

REDEEM YOUR DEW POINTS

To redeem your Dew Points, log in to your account and click the Rewards Program link at the bottom right of the page. Based on your account balance, a  Redeem button will appear next to the dollar amount.

 Click redeem and you will be provided with a unique coupon code to be entered at discount on a future purchase. This code will also be emailed to you. 

*Once you close this screen, you will not be able to see this discount code in your account online. This code will also be emailed to you.

RETURNS

If an order is returned, dew points will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for that order.  If you don't have enough dew points in your account, the dollar value equal to the returned points will be deducted from your refund. 

Dew points can be only used once and will not be returned back to your rewards account on a returned order.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Dew points cannot be redeemed with any other offers or discounts.
• Purple Dew reserves the right, without a separate notice, to alter or eliminate the Dew Rewards Program. 
• Purple Dew may, at their sole discretion, terminate your membership in the program for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without explanation.  All limitations of liability and other provisions of this Agreement shall survive any such termination.
• As a member, it is required that you provide a valid email address. Purple Dew assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect member information.
